We retain user data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and to meet any legal, regulatory, or operational obligations.

Users have the following options regarding data deletion:

a) App Data Deletion

You can delete your app-specific data and revoke mobile app access at any time using the in-app option under Account> Manage Account . This action removes your app activity and local session data from our mobile systems.

b) Full Account Deletion

You may request full deletion of your account via the in-app option or by contacting us at support@easyplatform.org. However, certain data may not be deletable due to legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations. This includes:

• Abstracts or submissions associated with journals, publishers, or affiliated organizations
• Financial transactions and registration records required for accounting or audit purposes

In such cases, we will assess the request and, where appropriate, anonymize or remove data not subject to mandatory retention.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or update your personal information
• Delete app-specific data via in-app controls
• Request full account deletion or data anonymization (subject to retention limits noted above)

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
