EasyPlatform Ltd ("we", "us", "our") provides a platform designed to support professional interaction within conferences and academic events. By using the EasyPlatform mobile application (the “App”), you agree to communicate respectfully and responsibly in accordance with these Community Guidelines.

1. Purpose

EasyPlatform is intended to facilitate meaningful and professional engagement between conference participants. Users are expected to maintain a respectful and constructive environment at all times.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree to:

Communicate in a professional and respectful manner
Share relevant and appropriate content related to the event
Respect the privacy and rights of other participants
Use the platform only for its intended purpose

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Harassment, abuse, or bullying of any user
Posting offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
Sharing spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotions
Impersonating another person or misrepresenting identity
Sharing false or misleading information
Uploading or distributing harmful or malicious content

4. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they share, including messages, profile information, and interactions.

EasyPlatform does not actively monitor all content but reserves the right to review, restrict, or remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Reporting and Safety

Users can report content or behavior that violates these guidelines using the in-app reporting tools.

Reports are handled confidentially. EasyPlatform may review reported content and take appropriate action where necessary.

6. Enforcement

EasyPlatform reserves the right to:

Remove content that violates these guidelines
Temporarily or permanently restrict user access
Suspend or terminate accounts in case of serious or repeated violations

7. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
